Was PointCrow always into streaming?

Prior to his rise to prominence for speedrunning Nintendo games, ‘PointCrow’ aka Eric Morino was a college student pursuing a degree in Material Science Engineering.

Morino began his college career in 2016, but he only began working as a content developer a year before he graduated. PointCrow had to decide whether to seek a secure and profitable engineering employment or keep expanding his internet following after earning his degree in 2020.

Of course, in the end Morino preferred playing video games over producing aerospace materials. He has now established himself as a prominent character on Twitch and YouTube.
