Paul Skenes made his MLB All-Star debut this July and his girlfriend, Livvy Dunne was all there rooting for him. The player made history in this game by being the fifth rookie player to start the game and first in nearly three decades.

The Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher was no short on cheers, be it during the game or outside the game. His outstanding performance in just one inning of action is all over the internet. His girlfriend Livvy Dunne took to Instagram to post a picture of herself on her story captioning “Go Paul!”. She was wearing a National League jersey with a black shirt featuring “Skenes” written in gold.

Not just through an Instagram story, she was heard cheering in the stadium with “Let’s go, Paul!” This came after the duo was seen together on the red carpet in Arlington before the game.

The 22-year-old threw seven amazing pitches at 98.2 mph, wherein five were 99.6 mph or faster. He commented on his brief outing saying,

Frankly, I wish I had a few more pitches.

However, all Dunne had to say for her beau’s performance after the match was, “Slay“.
